Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
Hi, I’m Kelly!
My work as a counsellor is rooted in the belief that healing unfolds naturally when we feel safe, seen, and supported. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), attachment-based work, and somatic practices, I offer a grounded and compassionate space to explore emotions, patterns, and relationships. I support individuals navigating grief following the death of a loved one, non-death losses, miscarriage, pregnancy loss, infertility, and the emotional challenges of trying to conceive. Like nature, growth is not linear—there are seasons of rest, movement, and transformation. Together, we move at your pace, honouring both where you've been and who you're becoming.
A Grounded Compassionate Approach
I was drawn to pursue a career as a counsellor through my own deep commitment to self-growth. Engaging in my own therapeutic work provided a safe and supportive space to see myself more clearly with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. This process has led to a deeper understanding of who I am and a growing confidence in my life choices, rooted in truth and authenticity.
As a counsellor, I bring values of authenticity, integrity, honesty, and confidentiality into every therapeutic relationship. Together, we work to deepen your understanding of where you are now and to identify meaningful goals that support you in moving toward where you’d like to be.
